Quantity 20ml, Color: pale yellow Appearance: slightly tunic Reaction : acidic Specific gravity : 1.010 Pus cells : 04-06/hpf epithelial cells : 03-05/ hpf Urine culture : culture negative for bacterial growth after 48 hours of aerobic incubation Can I know her present situation.. is she still suffering from UTI Thanks & Regards M.srujana

I think this urine routine examination done after completing the antibiotic therapy. This report is perfectly normal and nothing to worry in it. There is no signs of infection and culture is also negative for bacteria. There is no need of further treatment as of now. Drink plenty of water and keep good personal hygiene,these measures can reduce the risk of development of urinary tract infection(UTI)
